Hi Maclaren,
Thank you for your help! Still one thing I didn't understood. Do I need
to install: http://sourceforge.net/projects/matlabbatch/ to have batch
functionality? or just manipulating the spm_defaults.m is enough. There
is a field there says: defaults.cmdline=0 and if it be turned to true,
there should be no GUI running which in my case is not working.
As an output when I run this command get the following error in
Matlab:
>> spm('defaults' , 'frmi')
??? Error using ==> spm at 481
Unknown Modality.
Error in ==> spm at 426
Modality = spm('CheckModality',Modality);
Best regards
Ali
