Collaborative Tools to Support the Learner Experience

A practical workshop which demonstrates and describes how to best use a range of online tools, to enable collaboratation and deliver great learning experiences. You'll work with JISC case studies, try out some of the tools and discover the teaching benefits of useing these. You'll also understand the pitfalls and know how to avoid them when using this type of technology. You'll leave the workshop with new skills, tools and ideas to apply in your institution.

Exploring Digital Storytelling

Find your voice on this fun and highly practical workshop on from JISC Netskills.
How do you turn experiences and messages into compelling stories for your audiences? Using a range of tools that require very little expertise to master we'll show you how digital storytelling can be used in a wide variety of settings including teaching & learning, community engagement, staff development and personal reflection.
You'll leave with plenty of ideas for how you can immediately put into practice what you've learnt.
