Hi there
I would welcome some advice. We are currently introducing an EDRMS and at the same time moving staff to new offices where new working practices with the emphasis on paperless will be introduced. There is very limited space for staff to store paper files.
Part of this process involves moving closed and semi current records to a central store. However, this leaves the problem of current paper - one solution is to identify those paper files which really are current, live and active and scan them into the EDRMs to ensure continuity of business.
My question is - has anyone devised a good way of gathering information about the identification and actual usage of such paper? If so would you be prepared to share this and any other advice?
Many thanks
