No they are not loaded (or at least not intentionally).
It is true that I am known for my strong opinions and I'm sure that they
will emerge sooner or later. However, I'm not familiar with the
libraries use cases, the tools here, the problems faced etc. Before I
start spouting my own opinions I want to understand the sector more.
At this point I am genuinely asking those questions. From what I heard
in Edinburgh I believe that we (OSS Watch - http://www.oss-watch.ac.uk)
should be able to help, but without fully understanding what the sector
wants it's hard for me to create a model for support.
