Hi-
I have a question about the usage on dtifit, I haven't been able to figure this out based on the documentation or the archives. What does the --cni option expect as an argument? I would like to use a covariate, and entered this, using just a text file with one value per direction:
dtifit -k data.nii.gz -o dtifit_artifactcovary -m B0_image_brain_mask.nii.gz -r bvecs -b bvals -V --cni artifact_covariate_demeaned.txt
but, I get this error:
terminate called after throwing an instance of 'Utilities::X_OptionError'
what(): --cni: Missing non-optional argument!
Abort
What am I doing wrong?
thanks!
Katie
