Hi Aditya,
the threshold specified in fslview is to only look at *significant* p values (p<0.05, so corrp>0.95). In the practical, it is set at p<0.2 instead of p<0.05 because of the limited number of subjects and so that something can be visualised, but this would not be publishable.
