Why don't you use the NeuroDebian repository. Go to their website
(http://neuro.debian.net/), follow the instructions and ubuntu/Debian will
be the ideal platform to work with FSL.
Greetings,
Marcus

Betreff: [FSL] FSL Install on Ubuntu
Hi,
After I installed FSL 4.1.7 on Ubuntu. I got the fsl GUI when I typed the
'fsl' on the terminal. But I could not use the command like 'fslroi'. It
said command not found. I installed FSL as follows:
$ gunzip fsl-4.1.7-centos4_32.tar.gz
$ tar xvf fsl-4.1.7-centos4_32.tar
$ sudo apt-get install fsl
$ pico .profile
FSLDIR = /home/sxt096/Desktop/FSL/fsl
.${FSLDIR}/ect/fslconf/fsl.sh
PATH = ${FSLDIR}/bin:${PATH}
export FSLDIR PATH
Could you tell what I have done wrong? Thank you very much
Kind regards,
Suchada
