Hello
Please see the following message.
The Community Living Service Delivery model for the Saskatchewan Income
Assistance & Disability Services serves people with
developmental/intellectual disabilities.
Are you aware of case management models which could be of use?
I will compile the replies and forward to the Director of Specialized
Programs and, as usual, provide the summary for anyone who requests a copy.
Thanks
-- Duncan

Hey Duncan
Things are going well. Of course they are as busy as they always have been.
The information you send is always interesting and very often useful as it
pertains to some current work we are doing.
Later this spring we will be doing some serious review of case management
practices while we review the CLSD model. We have a lot of material from
Minnesota, a very little from New Jersey, Vermont, the U.K. and Australia.
I had asked you before and you sent some material and links. If you happen
to scan some stuff about case management developments or research please
forward.
Thanks and take care.
