The Wellcome Trust is a global charitable foundation dedicated to achieving extraordinary improvements in health by supporting the brightest minds.
Working with the Information Governance Manager, you will support the delivery of the Trust wide Active Navigation project to improve the use of network drives across the organisation. In particular you will administer the Active Navigation (AN) software, organise, manage and help to deliver departmental AN workshops. The role will also include cataloguing physical and electronic archival material.
To be considered for this position you will need to have:
▪ A qualification and proven experience of working in a records or archive environment
▪ Understanding of information management principles and practice
▪ Experience of records/archival cataloguing using automated systems
▪ Be a good communicator, happy working with a wide range of people
▪ An enthusiasm for working with electronic records and archives
The position also requires the candidate to be physically fit as there is a requirement to lift and move boxes.
