I have found one at Devon Record Office, which I don't think can be blamed on anyone still living, since it was catalogued in the 1950's. I located it whilst retrospectively adding things to CALM.
What I don't understand is why they have bothered with a completely superfluous Sub-Fonds when they can't be bothered to describe the item itself:
Fonds Level: 323M (no title, description or clue)
Sub-Fonds Level: 323M/F - FAMILY PAPERS
Item: 323M/F/1
Description: Writ - 1572
I checked the accession register but it did not help at all. I will therefore be retrieving this to give it a better description and precis, I am assuming it is legible since it does not say otherwise in the (ahem) catalogue.
