Sorry, I just realised this was a typo, I am actually using 1.6.4. And
yes, Torque/CREAM are on the same machine.
Basically it seems that this version of Torque produces lines in
tracejob something like:
Preparing to send e-mail ... some things ... (Exit_status=0)
which confuses the parser in BUpdaterPBS which just checks if the line
has Exit_status= in it and then splits the first word in the line around
the = symbol causing a segmentation fault. Like I said I will push this
upstream but I also don't think it's related to my problems with BNotifier.
Also no, nothing in the logs that my untrained eye thought was overly
suspicious, nothing comes up grepping for prefix or user_prefix either.
