The Department wishes to appoint a Lecturer/Senior Lecturer in Climate
Modelling to contribute to the enhancement of the Department's role as
an international leader in the fields of climate change, palaeoclimate
and environmental modelling.
The successful applicant will be an outstanding scholar with an
international profile for their research, a proven track record of
excellence in their publications and a commitment to high-quality
teaching at undergraduate and postgraduate level. Candidates must have
a PhD or equivalent in Climatology, Geography or a cognate area.
