there may be a better way, but one way is the following:
fslmeants -i some_image -m seed-mask -o output_file.txt -showall
some_image should be an image in the same space and with the same res as
your seed mask. The output file will contain in each row (or each
column, can't quite remember) three entries: 3 voxel coords (x,y,z) and
the value of the each of those voxels in the the some_image file.
Disregard the latter value, and (hopefully) you should have what you are
looking for.
