Hello Again,
It certainly is possible to draw ROIs with FSLView and then take
these and multiply them by the FAST output to select out parts
of the FAST GM, WM and CSF that are within the ROI.
However, as I said previously, you could also use the atlas
images for your ROIs rather than drawing them if you prefer.
