Hi,
I would recommend Activation Ltd, who were very good with working acrylic and successfully put together a very detailed drum mount for an African Drum on loan from the Horniman Museum when I was at Wilberforce House and in fact did all the showcase dressing to a high standard - see http://www.activationltd.co.uk/Showcase%20Dressing.htm , based in Yorkshire. They were quite competitive with price.

Hi Jenny and Adam,
Here is Lee Wheeler's e-mail address, he does take time to respond - I would recommend contacting him on his mobile as best method of getting hold of him.

We recently used him for a large redisplay project and are really pleased with the finished work.

Hi Jenny
I can highly recommend Lee Wheeler, a self-employed specialist of bespoke work in the Yorkshire area. He's very good, and seems much cheaper than most - but a little difficult to track down as he always seems to be on the go. I've used him at Quarry Bank Mill and again at MOSI, and he's worked for Sunderland, Scottish Islands, John Rylands University of Manchester Library etc.
I'm afraid all I have is a mobile number 07747 730406, but I think it would be worth your while to try to get in contact and see whether he can meet your needs to a suitable timescale.
Best wishes
Adam

Afternoon all,
One of those odd Friday afternoon queries... I'm trying to locate a supplier for an acrylic stand for a marching drum (to sit on edge inside a display case) and wondered if anyone had come across such a thing? We might have to get a bespoke one made, but I thought it was worth asking if any exist already...
Many thanks,
Jenny
