We're piloting WebPA with a very small group of users, but have come up with some issues regarding administration and support of the system and wondered how others are doing it. We're concerned that if we were to scale up the use of the system then the administration would become difficult.
I'd be grateful if you'd be able to answer the following questions about your institution's use of WebPA:
Number of students registered on WebPA:
Number of staff registered on WebPA:
Number of modules on WebPA:
What level of access do your academic staff have?
Who uploads the user and module data to the system?
Do you have any integration with a student information system?
What type of support do you provide for WebPA and how many staff support it?
Do you add your own developments to the system? If so do you have a dedicated developer?
Are there any issues you've encountered with the administration of WebPA?
