SHARE Workshop “I fought the learning repository and the learning repository won!” - a workshop on developments in learning repositories
March 16th 2011 9 :30 – 4:00
Venue: Nottingham Trent University Conference Centre - lunch & refreshments included
Are you in the early stages of developing a learning repository within your organisation and want to learn from others who have been there? Do you have experiences of learning repositories which could help novices starting out on the path towards sharing learning resources?
This is a free one day workshop which will have presentations from a range of speakers that are involved in learning repository development, and activities which will provide an opportunity to share experiences of managing and using learning repositories within a higher education context.
The workshop also provides the opportunity to hear the experiences of the JISC funded SHARE Project which has implemented a learning repository within its Virtual Learning Environment Desire2Learn at Nottingham Trent University, and has encouraged a culture of sharing across the University.
