I have had pretty good service when using Unit 4 support desk tickets on ABW so hopefully others will find the same is true for pFACT.

we also have not had any response from Allocate with issued we've raised
since the December meeting. I brought this up with Colin Colgate last
week and he advised us to raise issues through a ticket with the UNIT4
(Agresso) support desk.

I don't know what other's feel but since that 8 Dec meting there has
been limited communication from Unit4 after taking over pFact. Only
e-mail I have seen is the initial one Colin Colegate sent. And last week
I got my contact for Unit4.
Bit concerned no comm on also how any queries are being dealt with. All
my current queries that I have been communicating with Allocate about
have come to a stand still.

further to my email earlier this week re the pFACT user group meeting on
17th Feb, this is yet to be confirmed by Unit4.
It was mentioned at the 8th December user group meeting and in
subsequent email correspondence from Unit4.
However they have to confirm the date and venue so my reference was by
was of a "heads-up".
