Good luck - it sounds like an interesting experiment!
It's a shame your staff only have one day in which to engage with Twitter
though. To make the most of the platform, you really have to be in it for
the long term, slowly building a follower base and conversing regularly with
your audience.
Perhaps your IT Services can be persuaded from the day's experiment to give
you all access a bit more permanently?
