Hi Jon,
That's a good question. We are doing several focus groups, each with a
different target audience. Currently we are working with academic staff
and students as well as musuem, library and archive professionals. I
agree it would be very useful indeed to test the site with demographic
groups who are currently non users, but at this stage of this research,
it is not yet possible to do so.
