Hi All
I am starting to work on our annual user survey, which traditionally has had a very poor response rate (in the region of 5% of the FTE). We are trying to address this by moving the timing of the survey from May-June to Feb-March, and we will also be increasing our publicity to include flyers, postcards, bookmarks and our Facebook page. In the past we have offered prizes including an iPod and £50 Amazon vouchers, but a prize made no difference to the response rate.
I am also looking at removing some of our questions to try and keep the survey as short as possible - does anyone have any examples of their surveys that they would be willing to share, or any experience of/ideas for improving a low response rate? Any advice would be gratefully received!
Many thanks,
Claire Stevens
