Ops AUP:
https://cic.gridops.org/common/all/documents/AUP/OPS-AcceptableUsePolicy-20061108-113530.txt
Dteam AUP:
https://cic.gridops.org/common/all/documents/AUP/dteam-AcceptableUsePolicy-20060830-144906.aup
To sum up: Ops is used for official monitoring, and dteam to facilitate
debugging by site admins

You have to contact your NGI to add the relevant group, if they follow
this approach. I have CCed Alex.

You don't have to register with dteam, and for ops access is restricted
to 2 persons per NGI involved with the NGI nagios, if I am not mistaken.
Depending on your NGI nagios configuration though, not being registered
with dteam could mean you will be unable to access it.
