Dear Graham,
Thank you for your message. First of all there is no such thing as my wisdom. Wisdom is a universal thing pretty good defined for thousands of years. I do believe that people used to be wiser in those times than today because we have much more obstacles that prevent us from being wise. These obstacles are imposed values by authorities that are overestimated or do not deserve to be called values at all. These values have grown today to an enormous extend so that it is very difficult for a person to evaluate them. That is why I salute wisdom to be taught at schools even though I do not believe that would be enough.
There is nothing complicated in a wise sentence: “don’t be greedy” but the implementation of it in a society that values greed is very hard. People do not appreciate those who do not follow accepted values by society . One have to isolate himself if would like to become wiser but that is not a solution either, because nothing guarantees success and also it is unnatural because we are social beings. I hope you see now why my philosophy cannot help you if it does not help to the whole society. I did not discover wisdom but the path to get there and I have to repeat again freedom and equal rights among the people are the only good way. Yes, I do not understand why cannot anyone see this.
