Migration in Europe
On April 18-19th 2011, students of the Hertie School of Governance
(Berlin) organize the 3rd European Public Policy Conference at the
Central European University (Budapest). The conference provides an
exclusive platform for debate and networking between political leaders,
academics and students of some of world's leading public policy schools:
Sciences Po/Paris, London School of Economics, Columbia University/New
York, National University of Singapore, Central European University and
Hertie School of Governance.
The participants will contribute and discuss policy solutions to
migration-related challenges aimed at creating positive outcomes for
both sending and receiving countries. In particular, the focus will be on:
- labour migration to and within Europe
- refugees and asylum seekers
- identity, integration and diversity.
Apart from the exchange of ideas, the conference aims to create strong
links between future leaders studying at the participating institutions.
Select organizations may support the conference in return for brand
awareness and/or recruiting possibilities. For details please contact
