Fresh for the new year! In addition to our eye-candy bright new home
page (now with starfish!) at http://www.delfini.org/, we have a fresh
new site navigator to help you find all the great tools, commentary,
resources and other good stuff to assist you with your critical
appraisals and other EBM tasks:

Of course all our resources are still filed, in greater detail, at Resources:

MOST exciting is our freely available, updated online tutorial for
superiority trials of therapies! We will be embellishing it and
expanding it over time. Check it out!

Other new items since our last DelfiniGram include updated information
on diabetes, GERD, searching and sources, safety assessments and
intention-to-treat analysis and our comments on blinding published in
JAMA! See What's New:

Also, see our great new flier which succinctly highlights the big
problem we are trying to solve:

Portland is gorgeous in the springtime. Reminder that our March
Pharmacy & Therapeutics Committee training program is coming up soon.
The program is designed to be of general use as well. Day 1 is
heavily concentrated on critical appraisal. RegenceRx joins us on Day
2 to cover some hot topics and decision-criteria. All can benefit
from Day 1. All evidence-based work groups, such as technology
assessment groups can benefit from both days. We hope to see you there!
