to interpreting temperature in areas where there are no measurements -

struck that the statement claims that 2010 was also the wettest on
record -
turn up the cooker and turn up the steam. But can you tell me ... I had
thought that 1998 was previously the warmest on record. At least, that's
what the UAH people (Roy Spencer at http://www.drroyspencer.com/ ) have
been
maintaining. Is it just a matter of which figures you take as most
valid?
