My name is Luis Teodoro Gutierrez, 68, Cuban-American, semi-retired
after 35 years in industrial R&D jobs (including 30 years with IBM).
Active in sustainability and sustainable development research since the
1970s (dissertation on secondary ecosystem succession in response to
human use - Industrial & Systems Engineering, Georgia Tech, 1974).
Since 2002, I have been associated with the Ecocosm Dynamics group
(ecocosmdynamics.org) as research partner, newsletter editor, and
(starting 2007) VP for Communications. I also have an independent
research project - started in 2005, focusing on the human side of
sustainable development issues, with a monthly e-journal.
According to your web site, "this list supports communication between
scholars exploring the complex nature of cities and the complex nature
of urban planning." Is anyone interested in complexity planning for
urban sustainability and sustainable development? I am always looking
for good papers to publish ...
Sincerely,
Luis
