Hello,
the reason I thought, why I need the connectivity was that I wanted to use the peak and assign from root resonances dialog to assign my HNCO automatically. Peaking and assigning the 1H and 15N dimensions worked fine, but for the Co I did not get the residue specific assignment, which was not a big problem to do manually.

Hello,
The connectivity is really only there (and so useful) if you do not yet
have the assignment. (If you found the assignment via the Analysis
sequential assignment dialog they would have been created.) So is there a
reason you want to see these links (other than that it would seem to make
sense to see them: Tim says this kind of thing could be added if need be)?
