Dear Colleagues,

at the pFACT user group meeting held in London on 8th December, it was 
agreed that we would collate a list of pFACT product enhancements for 
discussion at the next user group meeting (scheduled for 17th February).

Together with Hazel Wallis (Bath University), I volunteered to collate this 
list on behalf of the pFACT user group.

I propose we all complete a very simple list, as attached.
Each enhancement should be categorised (see drop down list) and prioritised 
(1-3, 1 being critical).

The consolidated list will be forwarded to Unit4 prior to the user group 
meeting, and will be searchable by priority, category, Institution.

One proviso is that we do not yet know what enhancements are already 
provided in the un-released version 2.04 so I suggest we just go with what 
we need now.

If you are happy with this Q&D approach, can you please let me have your 
list by 4th February? (The attached spreadsheet is also uploaded to the 
Jiscmail site).
When returning your list, please rename it with your University name e.g. 
"sussex list.xls".

I will circulate the final complete list before the 17th Feb.
