The conversation that didn't happen yesterday that I've only just got round to reading.
I have to agree with David. I don't think JISC can, or would want to, restrict use of a tag as general as ukoer. As David pointed out, if other initiatives also make use of this tag it could be seen as measure of the programmes' success.
