Hi everybody:
I'm new in the world of FSL so I start with the tutorials but I'm facing several problems.
I perfoming this tutorial http://www.cabiatl.com/CABI/resources/fsl-block-design-analysis/ I followed the instructions, I downloaded the zip files with Dicom and Nii formats. In FEAT, in the first step I pressed "Select 4D Data" and select the downloaded image fmri12secon12secoff.nii o .nii.gz and press ok, first the numbers of volumes (188) is not automatically set I put manually (I guess is not correct to do that), after setting all the parameters explained in the tutorial I press ok and show:
"Error: you haven't filled in all relevant selections with valid filenames:
Problem with FEAT input file (1): currently set to /media/449CFF759CFF603A/
Documents and Settings/cvalencia/Mis documentos/Tutorial/FSL/20090430_152500/fmri12secon12secoff.nii"
I supposed that this file input is not the correct one, so I converted the Dicom file in dcm2nii and use the result 20090430_152500MR131221107523235389fmri12secon12secoffpcs003a001. nii as input and when I pressed ok to return to the main window show me the error:
sh: Syntax error: "(" unexpected
sh: Syntax error: "(" unexpected
while executing
"exec sh -c "${FSLDIR}/bin/remove_ext $cleanedargs" "
(procedure "remove_ext" line 8)
invoked from within
"remove_ext $feat_files($i) "
(procedure "feat5:multiple_check" line 54)
invoked from within
"feat5:multiple_check .r 0 1 1 d"
invoked from within
".dialog2.cancel invoke"
("uplevel" body line 1)
invoked from within
"uplevel #0 [list $w invoke]"
(procedure "tk::ButtonUp" line 22)
invoked from within
"tk::ButtonUp .dialog2.cancel"
(command bound to event)
Similar problems happen with the tuorial http://www.cabiatl.com/Resources/Course/tutorial/html/block.html which uses different datasets
So I guess the problem is not the data.
Do I miss something??
Thanks a lot,
Best ragards,
Carolina
