Dear FSL users,
I am working on a cohort of subjects (150). I have two types of scans: anatomic and DTI.
I always work with a voxel-based approach but I would like to work with a Region Of Interest approach.
I know that athlases are accessible in FSL, like the JHU white-matter tractography atlas and that 20 structures were identified probabilistically.
I would like to know if it is possible to use directly these ROIs to extract values of volume, FA or MD and how it is possible. I don't find any clue for that. I'm not an expert for using FSL so I have some difficulties!
Could somebody help me?
Thanks,
Charlotte
