Dear all,
I was wondering what is the proper way to restructure meeg ojects. To
make my question more clear with an example, when I read in the
continuous files of my CTF meg data, I get some zero values at the end
of the file (let's say, 1000 samples). For sanity reasons, I would
prefer to remove this zero values before proceeding with any kind of
analysis. So, as I have been unsuccessful up to now to create a new MEEG
object that would contain only the non-zero values because I could not
fully follow the structure and logic of the meg object contructor and
the corresponding subfunctions, I am asking for your help. Note that a
straight value change on the object itself is not possible as the number
of samples (nsamples) changes. Could somebody give me a few lines of
code to get me started?
Thanks again and all the best,
Panagiotis
