Before everyone gets too hot under the collar, I wonder if that moan came
from a hijacked email account.

I know that we should not pay too much attention to grammar and spelling in
places like this, but the semi-literate nature of the unsigned complaint
suggests that communication is not this person's speciality.

Maybe it came from one of those primary school leavers with a reading age of
7. (Isn't Michael Gove a hoot?)

Hi All,

I must say that I agree with Hilary and Sara.  It would be much easier
for all if people would direct their complaints about the list to the
list administrator rather than the list itself, especially if they are
going to be rude.  Paul's email is exactly the reason most of us are
on this list, non?
