I spoke to him on the phone and he said they managed to escape for a while
on Wednesday night. Here, in the city, roads are fairly passable, a
different story in the county of course, although a homeless man made the
local headlines by deliberately getting arrested so he could be sent to
prison to have somewhere warm to sleep.
The notion of Robin behind barricades seems very apt somehow.
It's shot up to a sweltering minus 4 now (at 5 o'clock) :)
