Hi

In my past, Barry will know and vouch, I have built teams of HVs, school 
nursees, practice nurses taken them into workplaces to deliver on health 
events, so I see the relevance and value of us recognising where we can 
assist each other. I also conducted a feasibility study to identify gaps in 
the provision of services for the Fit to Work pilot for Sandwell, this 
required, me as an OHA talking, and being involved in understanding the 
practice of physios, psychologists and others, this allowed me to recognise 
our value as being professionals who are able to understand all the other 
professions and bring them together to work on a business or public health 
objective.

I really like the sound of shared learning with the other professions, but 
feel that in light of the recent PH strategy we need to slight our direction 
towards the professions whosecore role is psychology and organisational 
culture.
