Hi Woody
You need to connect through a proxy server so that the BBC servers see you
as connecting from here (I have had the same problems sometimes when
watching UK live football games on Asian servers).
A quick Google should give you the info you need to set it up. It's only a
minute to do. It's well worth watching and includes George & Charlotte, home
of by far the UK's best childrenite

I'm afraid you won't get it on iPlayer. At least I can't watch anything
on iPlayer here in Germany, for licensing reasons, as I am told on the
website.
