Hard to say. We just noticed that submission using -l option doesn't
work in this version, even when using plain qsub. The same torque
version, but compiled without --enable-drmaa, running on our local
cluster, works fine. Googling around we found some info from torquedev
list that DRMAA shipped with torque is quite old and does not support
this feature, but why it affects also native interface, remains a
mystery to me. Still, we aren't even 100% sure that DRMAA is the culprit
because we didn't swap the versions yet. So maybe it is caused by some
other configuration problem.
