Hello Mark,
That command does not elicit any output either in the /struc or /stats folder. However when I look at the contents there are unix executable files that are called fslvbm2a. 2b, 2c, 2d, 2e and 3a that are of 4kb size.
On opening these from the command prompt I can see a list of errors.
fslvbm2a:
** ERROR (nifti_image_read): failed to find header file for 'con_002_struc_brain'
** ERROR: nifti_image_open(con_002_struc_brain): bad header info
Error: failed to open file con_002_struc_brain
ERROR: Could not open image con_002_struc_brain
Image Exception : #22 :: Failed to read volume con_002_struc_brain
terminate called after throwing an instance of 'RBD_COMMON::BaseException'.
and that repeats for all the image datasets.
fslvbm2b:

Do you think you would need me to list the others as well so that you can help better?
