Hi All,
We introduced a new feature in the UK Web Archive interface today: the
3D wall for Special Collections. This is an exciting new feature which
allows quicker navigation through multiple thumbnail images of archived
web pages. You can move between images, zoom in to examine and access
individual pages from the archive and run slideshows.
3D wall for special collection is at:
http://www.webarchive.org.uk/ukwa/visualisation.
We added the 3D wall as an experimental alternative to the standard
search and browse functions. We hope to develop and offer more visual
tools in the future to improve and enrich user experience.
The 3D wall uses Cooliris. The embedded version requires only that your
browser has Flash player. To use full-screen view, you need to download
the CoolIris browser plug-in from http://cooliris.com

We welcome your feedback.
Regards,
