Running a simulation in SAS calling Winbugs repeatedly I'd like to calculate Gelman-Rubin for a node via gr(node) in a script.
Unfortunately, Winbugs only produces a graph of gr but does not output any text concerning the gr() to the log file
e.g. in the log file for node alpha Winbugs tells me sardonicly
gr(alpha)
Gelman Rubin statistic
This is sort of too few information for me.
Sorry, if this has been asked before - couldn't find it , though.
And - no, I don't want to change to R, etc. etc. etc.
