Thanks Dan, Seb - useful
Real shame that the URL isn't hackable - would be nice to build a simple system for institutions to add their own keywords, institution names and so on into a preset template...I suppose GA does most of that though

Subject: Re: Sharing advanced G/A segments
Hi,
I recently published a short blog post where I've started to use G/A advanced segments (as more of a 'reporting tool' than segmentation device) to try to identify the 'types of problem' (IA, UX, etc) on websites. It's nothing hugely scientific or complete, but may be a nice short introduction to the types of thing you can do with segments, for those who haven't used them before:

Thanks,
Dan
