Morning List,
I'm looking for a bit of steer. Myself and a colleague are in the process of putting together some training specifically aimed at the OH profession (likely to take place next spring in the East Midlands). The training will provide an introduction to CBT and it's potential applications within an OH context. We're also looking to provide some input on mental health/illness and best practice in supporting employees experiencing these sorts of issues. It's probably worth mentioning that we're both mental health professionals, i have worked in the OH profession for 8 years and my colleague is a CBT therapist. We have a pretty good idea of what we feel the structure of the training should be, but we're also mindful that we don't want to make assumptions about what people want/need, and then miss something obvious.
My question is this; What would you want to get from this sort of training?
Thanks in advance, and a merry xmas to you all.
