Dear FSL experts,
I just installed on a remote linux server the fsl-4.1.6centos4_64. However, the way I did it was unpacking the zip and tar files, then making a build as specified in the FSL web page and everything built just fine. Before that I tried to use the fsl_installer.sh but it told me that the FSL version for the system should be a centos5 and did not perform the installation. However, in the download web page I did not see any centos5 version for linux, the only centos5 versions available were all for windows.
Everything works just fine, I just ran successfully bedpostx. So, should I ignore the fsl_installer.sh complaint? I understand the linux version is Red Hat 4.1.2-48.
thanks,
Julio
