I'm glad you are all discussing this. Daniela complained that my "atlas tests" were failing at IC and I found they were failing everywhere seemingly randomly but it turned out that almost all the failures were associated with RAL WMSes. I ticketed RAL and they apparently fixed something and now they are OK. I don't know what was wrong. It is true these are not really 'ATLAS tests' anymore, more like 'Other User tests' but if they are red then something is wrong somewhere and should be fixed (vertical stripes = QM problem, horizontal stripe = that site's problem).
