Hi Andreas,
the problem is the size and datatype of your structural image. You
probably used the "coregister and reslice" option. In this approach your
functional images are resliced to the matrix size and the datatpye of
your structural image, which explains the large file size.
Do the following:
Select "coregister estimate" to estimate the reorientation parameters of
your structural image, as other images chose your functional pictures.
Afterwards do a "coregister reslice" in two steps,
first reslice your structural image and select itself as space defining
then reslice your functional images and select one of them as the space
defining.
