There is Jacques Tourneur's wonderful short, "Master Will Shakespeare" (1936).
TMC has the rights. Don't know if it has been released, however. I do have a copy.

A request from film-maker Adam Low, who is currently completing a pre-show film package for the "National Theatre Live" relay of Nicholas Hytner's "Hamlet", which will be in cinemas on December 9th:
Does anyone know of any black-and-white feature films or TV dramas, ideally something available on DVD, containing "general social scenes of any kind that might indicate Shakespearian London: street, taverns, theatres, courtiers."
