Ok. We just started having an interesting conversation on Twitter about Open Data and the like, and Mia suggested we migrate it over here, not least of all because it's a difficult discussion to have in 140chrs. (It started round about here: http://twitter.com/#!/m1ke_ellis/status/7790346729689088 and if anyone knows how to show a threaded conversation in Twitter, I'd like to know...)
Here's the question:
Have museums won the open data argument with their stakeholders? (and I guess the shadowy question behind that is "if not, why not?")
