Is for organisations considering an Electronic Records Management (ERM)
system; staff and volunteers wanting to improve their electronic records
management skills; or anyone new to electronic records management. The
course will:
o provide you with a theoretical background in electronic records
management
o give you practical advice on the options that are available to you.
o give you a clear idea about how to adopt and adapt the different
options within your own workplaces
Creating Capacity is delighted to have both Richard Blake and Tim Callister,
both members of the Public Sector Team in Archives Sector Development of The
National Archives, to run this course. As electronic record management
specialists this course will particularly focus on support to public
authorities to facilitate the development of effective record and
information management practice.
