Leeds University Library, Collection Management Services, Metadata Team Cataloguer (EAD) (Part time, 17.5 hours per week)
This is an opportunity to work in one of the most prestigious research universities in the country. Joining a team which catalogues materials across a wide range of formats, your main responsibility will be the cataloguing of manuscript and archive materials. You will therefore work very closely with colleagues in the Special Collections team.
With a professional qualification or substantial relevant experience, you will have a good knowledge of manuscript cataloguing standards, particularly EAD. You will be confident in using IT, have good interpersonal skills and be able to manage your workload to meet performance and output standards whilst maintaining accuracy. Knowledge of foreign languages would be an advantage.
University Grade 5 (£20,327 - £23,566 p.a. pro rata)
